Role: Freelance Marketing Assistant

At Blu Studioz, we excel in creating sustainable accessories for everyone’s aesthetic. We started our journey in February 2021 and since then, we have expanded to clothing, bags and posters, but after searching for our niche, we retracted back to our roots. Accessories. 

Perfecting our brand will be a never-ending journey that we are intrigued yet excited for, and we would love for someone to join the journey with us. 

That’s why we would love to hire a social wizzing, market understanding individual, like you! We are only a young company so we are willing to hear your thoughts on the business and any developments we should make. We will schedule weekly meetings to discuss progress and goals. 

This will be a self-employed role and will begin with a probation period of 3 months. This role will require a minimum of 4 hours a week but this may be subject to change, depending on the growth of the company. 

We are open to see where this could take us, if there are signs of improvement, we are willing to look at an extension of hours and pay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaising with us to create marketing campaigns that align with our goals and vision.
• Produce marketing materials e.g. Blog posts, Email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• General admin 
• Editing of our website
• Creating email marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Experience in email marketing 
• Basic knowledge of Shopify 
• Excellent written communication 
• Basic understanding of SEO 
• Copywriting experience 

Preferable but not required:

• Degree in Marketing 
• Experience in business development
