Returns policy

We accept refunds on items that have arrived damaged. This can only be applied within 7 days of receiving the item. 

We also offer a repair service in which you pay to have your item returned to us and we will repair it and return it to you free of charge. 


Repair service

We offer a free repair service if your item ever gets damaged. Just email us with a photo of your damaged item and we can let you know if it’s something we can repair. If we can, then we will provide you with a shipping address for you to send the item to. 

Please note that items such as rings/broken pendants are less likely for us to be able to repair. 


Shipping policy

We ship twice a week using Royal Mail Tracked 48hr shipping. International orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked. If tracked shipping is not available for the chosen country then it will be shipped using Standard shipping (Signed for if it is available).
